Adhesives
Dispersion glue is a type of glue that is liquid at room temperature.
A dispersion means that solid particles are found floating in water. Compared to milk, which is an emulsion, the particles here consist of one liquid (milk fat) in water. In both dispersions and emulsions, the light will be refracted in the interface between the two phases and make the “mixture” cloudy / white. A solution, on the other hand, will always be ready. Dispersions and emulsions persist that is, of two phases, two immiscible substances, whereas a mixture is one homogeneous phase.
GLUMELT hot melt adhesive provides instant, permanent bonding to a wide range of materials without the use of harmful solvents. They are ideal for fast and repeated gluing applications. The glue melts quickly and is therefore released either automatically or manually from the dispenser and the workpiece is bound. Hotmelt can be applied in various forms such as bead, dot and spray patterns. Most materials can be bonded with hot melt glue as long as the parts can be assembled while the glue is still melted. Glumelt is a 100% solid, non-toxic, and do not contain solvents (no VOC) or water.
