As a chemical company, GLUDAN has a special responsibility towards the environment. Our production processes therefore treat mankind and nature with the outmost respect.
GLUDAN only produces water-based adhesives without solvent that do not pose any risk to public health. All constituents of our products conform to the requirements of the German BGVV and the American FDA. We deliberately do not use raw materials that are a health hazard, detrimental to the environment or on the REACH SVHC-list of dangerous substances.
We have our own photovoltaic plant to produce electricity, which allows us to manufacture CO2-neutral industrial adhesives. And our waste water is purified by means of our chamber filter pres.
We have chosen to include environmental management in the training of our employees. Through an attitude cultivation, we strive for an environmentally and responsibility-conscious attitude to the products we work with as well as to our surroundings. Continuous control samples are taken of the factory’s wastewater, which never has given rise to comments. Gludan A / S produces exclusively water-based dispersion adhesives. None of them raw materials we use are listed in hazardous substances (Environmental and Ministry of Energy’s Executive Order no. 69 of 7 February 1996). None of us products are therefore considered environmentally hazardous and none are subject to labeling. Should you in connection with your environmental certification wish to inspect our factory, you are of course welcome.
Our factory in Büchen constantly conducts research into developing novel GLUDAN special adhesives.
We want to find the optimal solution for every application.
Existing GLUDAN products are also subject to a permanent control and optimization process. We keep pace with innovations in other areas and ensure that our adhesives can be processed successfully and effectively with the latest machinery. Foremost it ensures keeping our production environmentally-friendly.
